A connected ERP portal that manages every billboard, agreement and payment for an outdoor media company — replacing manual paper registers with real-time digital control.
The Problem
Hafiz Brothers manages a large outdoor media network of billboards across multiple cities, but every board, agreement and payment was tracked on paper registers.
Locating a contract, confirming which boards were booked, or reconciling monthly rent took hours of manual cross-checking — and errors were costly.
There was no role separation: office staff, field teams and management all worked from the same informal process with no audit trail.
Our Solution
We designed and built a centralised ERP portal that models every billboard, agreement, NOC and payment as connected digital records.
Role-based access control (RBAC) gives each team exactly the screens and permissions they need — from field agents to management.
Municipal NOC tracking and automated rent ledgers give management a live, accurate view of occupancy, revenue and renewals.
